The Government of Kerala has expanded its digital service network with two major online platforms aimed at improving transparency and efficiency in public administration.(Certificate )
The KS-mart File Tracking system, available through the Local Self Government Department’s portal, allows citizens to check the real-time status of files submitted to government offices. Applicants can use a reference number to see where their file is currently pending, reducing the need for repeated visits and inquiries.(CERTIFICATE )
Alongside this, the e-District portal now offers a QR-based certificate verification service. Through this facility, the authenticity of government-issued certificates can be confirmed online by entering the QR code or verification details. Officials said this step would curb the circulation of forged documents and enhance trust in official records.
Authorities noted that both services are designed to strengthen Kerala’s ongoing e-governance mission. “These platforms make government processes more transparent and citizen-friendly,” a senior official said.
